$15/hr room rental – rehearsal, jam space, meeting space, dance space, ‘bring your own gear”
$20/hr Room Rental+Use our Live PA for Practice or Live Sound
$35/hr Production Room+Control Room – Bring Your Own Sound Engineer or Record Yourself **Engineer/Video and other Technical Personnel must be Pre-Qualified to use our Control Room
$50/hr Production Room+Control Room+Lotown Provided Engineer / Videographer to Provide Services, i.e. recording, editing, mixing, live event support
All Booking Are Minimum 2hrs
